Leith Walk School Addition
Client: Baltimore City Public School System
Project Scope: CTA’s design for the 1,500-student school includes renovation of the existing 75,000 SF, Pre-K-through-5th Grade structure and a 129,000 SF addition to provide classrooms for the new Grades 6-through-8. By re-working the existing space and adding classrooms, CTA's design will address pedestrian and vehicular access, multi-level entry points, student staging areas, and provide a single facility that allows some separation between the elementary and middle schools with shared core spaces as the hub of the structure.
