Quarry Lake at Greenspring Building III and Parking Garage
Client: Obrecht Properties (Owner/Developer)
Project Scope: The Quarry Lake Office Building #3 is a three-story, 77,000 SF, Class A office building with the same dual-entry lobby as its sister buildings. Additionally, it has a two-level parking garage for 120 vehicles, which they do not. Like its sisters, its ceilings are 9’4"; corridor doors are 8’0"; and a central third stair opens to the upgraded lobby. DMW and EDSA are the site master planners and landscape architects.
CTA's design for these outstanding buildings received the 2006 Design and Craftsmanship Awards from the Masonry Institute of Maryland.
