Jayson Thoemke, AIA
Jayson Thoemke has been with the firm for more than 18 years. With more than 25 years' experience as an architect and project manager, Jayson's expertise encompasses commercial and institutional projects ranging in size and complexity from relatively simple renovations and additions to complex multifaceted phased renovations in occupied settings.
He has served as project designer and project manager for facilities ranging up to $75 million in construction costs, including renovations, adaptive reuse, additions and new construction projects. With his depth of experience and thorough understanding of the design and construction processes, Jayson provides outstanding leadership.
Additionally, he is an experienced designer of educational facilities, having worked on numerous public and private schools, with projects ranging from new construction and major additions to renovations and ADA modifications.
He is, also, a published and award-winning designer, recognized for his design excellence by two regional chapters of the American Institute of Architects and by Anne Arundel County.
