Client: Johns Hopkins Real Estate
Project Scope: The former girls’ high school, built in 1938 and listed on the Maryland Historic Register, was converted by Johns Hopkins University to house administrative offices for the University and an Emerging Technology Center for the Baltimore Development Corporation. As an initial phase, the building shell renovation was designed by Kann Associates.
