School of Pharmacy Annex
Client: University of Maryland Baltimore
Project Scope: The project consisted of two components, minor renovations to an existing facility and construction of a new building. Colimore Thoemke Architects, Inc. working with Struever Bros., Eccles & Rouse, Inc. on a design/build basis, designed the conversion of two existing classrooms into laboratories and redesigned two large labs into a series of smaller teaching laboratory spaces. This renovation included wet labs, a tissue culture room, and specification of new wood casework.
