Client: Carroll County Government
Project Scope: Renovation of 24,500 square feet of space in a former grocery store to house the North Carroll Senior and Community Center. The Cordish Company, the owner of the former Value Foods at 2320 Hanover Pike, was the contractor for the renovations and leases the space to Carroll County.
