Client: Johns Hopkins Bayview Medical Center Project Scope: Colimore Thoemke Architects provided shell renovation and a variety of specialized tenant fit-out design services for the Center Tower of the Mason F. Lord Building, including a 22,000 GSF biomedical wet laboratory space for the Department of Medicine. Other aspects of this multi-phased project included office tenant fit-outs for the first through fifth floors, a 10,000 GSF fitness center, and re-roofing over the sixth floor as part of the shell work. The total square footage for all phases was 115,000 SF. Completion Date: 2003
